I can't see why this couldn't be done, so if someone knows differently please reply and let me know in a nice, mature manner please.

The second you launch the game xbe file from your PC, your network link setup by said homebrew networking software would be lost. Game Over.

You would have to recompile the game to allow "network support". Not likely...

Essentially you need something to run in the background as you run the XBE.

Which could be in development as we speak... wink.gif

Well, is there really a good chance of that? I'd love to get in on such a development.... I'm assuming you are talking about a framework for "TSR" code that hooks into the BIOS while an XBE runs.

I'd love to, for example, get an IGR feature for MXM (I'd also add in Gameshark fucntionality as a bonus), if they made the code to do that public.

Dont slate me If I have read the post wrong, but am i correct in assuming the following

You want to stream data from your PC e.g Music, movies Pictures ( Not games ) so that you can veiw over the lan via your Xbox to the PC ??

If I have got this right, you want to be using a program called Relax ( Currently V.06)

It runs on your PC as a service,
You state what files you want to share eg, MP3, AVI, DIVx etc etc
You then use XBMP to browse your shares from your PC then view Full Screen Movies over your Lan onto your Xbox With no lag what so ever etfc etc
Works for most media files out there.

I use it and it works a treat !!!!
Makes the Xbox a TRUE Home Entertainment System

Sorry If I have got this wrong anyone ( Don`t meen to offend !!! )
