Erm, you don't install the XDK to the Xbox. You install that to the PC.

I suspect what you want to do is Retail -to- Debug, but your message doesn't instill me with great confidence that you need it. You need to install the XDK first, and get into using that before worrying about debugging apps on the Xbox.
