For say, XBConnect or something? It cant be that difficult to alter the XBE's to support System Link, can it?

Indeed, thats what I thought, but as I said people were talking about doing this via the reverse engineering of .XBE's. Just wanted a second opinion on the possibility of it. Who knows, maybe someone will figure a way out in the future, playing Deathrow online would be awesome.

Reverse engineering is not source code! Its low-level assembly and therefore, no... this probably will never happen.
