Undead, my man, I know I shouldn't be doin' this kind of questions here, but I'm in a REALLY desperate position here... I tell you, I'm no "lazy guy" and I can't find the friggin' U NO WHA' version 2002. Used to have it, was in the brink of some serious homebrew soft beta release, the damn HD literally "broke up" just like that, NO DAMN BKUP!...
I'm not asking for the whole address dude, just gimme a clue...

Thnx in advance.

Note: This is not an "illegal request". It's just a "development update petition".

the easy answer to sam's question is:

old xdk box:
custom architecture using pci cards for hardware emulation that brings up to spec with the new xdk box
no controller ports- usb gamepads instead

new xdk box:
more ram (you can add this)
cd-emulation port (you cannot add this)
debug bios (you can ... sorta add this)
debug software (you can add this)

debug box:
more ram (you can add this)
debug bios (you can ... sorta add this)
debug software (you can add this)

what this means is:
take a retail box
add 4 more ram chips (optional and is mostly unnecessary)
flash the bios to complex-debug (or standard debug if you have the full ram)
install complex-xdk dashboard and e-drive debug runtimes

I (and most of the developers out there) use this method due to its simplicity- upgrading the ram is an expensive hassle but is unneeded if you have a modified bios such as complex-debug which expects only what's in the retail unit.

oh well...

Numpty is right.

My real name isn't anything close to "Ben Jeremy" but being addressed by this name doesn't bother me one bit.
