the largest i'm aware that someone has done is 128mb.  you have to patch al your game files so they would work with 128mb though.  i read about it somewhere.

Clearly, the Xbox CANNOT be modded as he claims. The maximum system ram you can expand the Xbox to is 128MB formt he base of 64MB. The BIOS is **NOT** a "PC-compatible" BIOS and not capable of booting a desktop Windows OS. There are more details than that, but suffice it to say, there is no such thing as WinXP running natively on an Xbox - not now.

Only when an entirely new BIOS, ala Cromwell, is written to be fully PC compatible, can an desktop windows OS be run on the Xbox without a PC emulator.
