Debugging With The Matrix Chip

Hi

I have got the Matrix chip (256 kb).

I have successfully flashed it with Evox 2.5 and it all works well. But what I really want is to be able to debug from Visual studio. From what I have found is that I need the Complex bios for that.

Is there anyone that has manged to get the complex bios to work with the Matrix chip? Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work or have any other bios that could do this with Matrix. I would prefer not to having to flash the internal bios.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

afaik you can only do this with a debug bios (complex or not) which is too big to fit on the matrix.  You can however use the matrix to flash a debug bios onto the tsop.  Good luck!

Can you use the original debug bios? Don't you have to use Complex bios ?
