I think everyone is looking at this the wrong way... I say go ahead and make a virus, but not to harm other people but to help.  Create this virus and make a virus scanner, or release it as a virus where ppl can dl it knowingly to make a scanner for it.  People keep saying that M$ is able to make a virus for us modchip users, I say we be one step ahead of them.  Lets make a scanner so M$ wont be able to infect us.

Well said Opjosel; I mean if my hobby was eating the stuff I find under my fridge or rubbing liquids on my skin to see wich one will kill me, I guess like you, this can be considered "my hobby" or "things that only interest me" the point is, there is always something you can do to make yourself useful.

If making viruses is youre thing, blow up youre own Xbox, but you know if you have the skillz, you could make alot more good for you and everyone else.

just my 2 cents

Ok people it is like this, wouldn't you like to go into history as the first person to create a virus for the xbox?

These virus writers want to be known!

So if i would write a virus for the xbox i would first attack the dashboard, then look for the F: partition and if found delete the mother.

The easiest way to disable the xbox for a virus is to try to flash the onboard bios and when it fails your xbox xbox will be stuffed.

This is just a warning to people that there may be a virus out already but it would be a time bomb as heaps of people are downloading xbox game and installing them and since there is no virus checker for the xbox it is an an unknown.

So my hint is to backup your c: and e: partition and also your games just incase.
