Link is dead! im really interrested by this I got an 1.6 xbox with softmod change my eeprom (probably an 1.0-1.5 eeprom not sure) and not when I boot it there only some blue et orange line in my screen.

Let's kick a 100-year old topic.... TWICE.

The tutorials are all over the place.
1- Take a modchip with a pre-flashed bios that ignores eeprom contents (no-solder is easy).
or
2- Hotswap the eeprom chip by soldering it off the xbox mobo.

ok thx i'll put an alladin in my 1.6 and flash it with evox m8, evox m8 ignores eeprom contents on boot up???
