You need to configure the XML file to say where your local files are...

You'll be able to do that in an IE browser... you'll want to 'view' 'source'... and modify what you need and then save it... then transfer it back to your Xbox...

This isn't a great way explaining... but if you don't understand check out the "read me" file that came with the player.

hmm.. k, thnx. I've read the readme but it wasn't realy clear to me. But i'll have a look at the XML
