You can download the free Bink Video Tools. It has a lot of useful stuff, like converting to other formats or from other formats. I used this to decrease the size of some of the movies in Morrowind (after I  added a little watermark in the corner, of course!). The only catch is that the end of each .bik file you create has a Bink logo. Oh well!

Hmm, is there a version where bink does NOT add a logo at the end of the movie?
