Xecuter3 Usb Programing!?

I was wondering about how I use the USB Programming Controller for the X3.  I have a lot of damaged flashes on my chip.  I know that there is a capability that is built into the X3 that has a USB Programming Controller supposedly perfect for if your flash is damaged.  Could someone help me out???

AFAIK there is no usb flashing capabilities of the x3.

try flashing by ftp or http
