I'm sure that stuff could all be made. When considering homebrew programs, the possibilities with the xbox get pretty limitless. Somebody is gonna want to make each thing.

I'm just wondering if there is a way to emulate the way the ps2 reads its cds through adding a couple chips here and there or something. That would be crazy being able to play just about everything on your xbox.

The Joybox came out a while ago which gave the ability to use your playstation controllers and memory cards on the xbox. (Its over at LikSang if anyone is interested.) It would be great to play the PS emu with the PS controller on the xbox. Playing emu games with their original controllers is the best combo you can have.

SNES, Genesis, master system, Atari, NES, Game boy, Game Gear, and recently Game Boy Advance...

All of these things and more were emulated pretty well on the Dreamcast. I don't see how they could not do it to the box. Of course... Dreamcast was a piece o' cake to write homebrew software for. We'll just hope our trusty Enigmah, Xtender or whoever, decide to produce some serious different discs for the system.

a PSX emu possibly........ PS2 no way, no time soon........ and basicly everything emulated on a PC has the potential of being ported over to the XBOX...... hell there already doin Linux....

since the XBOX uses a type of windows OS, although custom for games, it shouldn't be too difficult to do.........

I can't wait till they start making PC ports like they did on DC, like with Quake...... imagine if they figure out how to get GTA3 to run on the XBOX and its HD............ talk about wow......

I personally wanna see an Atari 2600 emu for the XBOX......... playin combat was fun...

I read somethin a while ago saying that Sony themselves were looking into porting VGS from connectix which they recently aquired. now that'd be awesoem

eh being someone that comes from the dreamcast scene the snes emu Dreamsnes is very nice and DCGenerator is a pretty nice genesis emu but needs alot of work.

dreamsnes can play almost all games at 80% speed with frameskips which is good enough for me.
