i bet porting gta3 would be possible, if you had the source code and a team of good coders.

But then again, why bother? It could take months to port a game from one system to another. With making a chip, you save an infinite ammount of money because you can hack other games. But with this, you only save yourself from buying ONE $50 game. I think its not worth the effort.

GTA 3 and all future games in the GTA series are exclusive to PS2 until winter 2004.

It says "GTA3 and...," and we've all seen GTA3 on PC.

It covers consoles, not PC. Most exclusivity contracts of this sort don't include PC because it's not a very big competitor for console systems. Hence why Final Fantasy XI is exclusive to PS2 but also coming out for PC, Halo is exclusive to Xbox but also coming to PC, etc.

GTA 3 will definitely not be coming to Xbox, unless someone unofficially ports the PC version or unless it's released in October 2004, pending any further exclusivity agreement between Sony and Rockstar.
