Flashing Bios Problem

Ok i downloaded my bios. I used Bitzipper to turn it into an ISO file. Then i used nero and bruned my bios to A CD-RW at 4x and i select Flash from disc I put in the disc and it says waiting for drive and after a few seconds my xbox(v1.6) drive opens back up and says "Insert Disc- Mode Flashing" or some thing like that. What the hell is going. or what am i doing wrong

You shall not create an ISO of the bios. Just burn a dummy file (100mb) and the bios.bin on the CD-RW and it should work. When it says "Insert disc" then insert the disc and close the DVD tray manually and it will start flashing.
