Chip Always On

is there any way for me to make it so that the chip isnt always on???

It turns on when i plug in my box and stays on

maybe another 5v point?

use the alternative 5V wire. if you soddered that long red one dedsoder it and soder the alt 5 volt to the 5V line and slide the other end around that meal wire on the chip. I had the same problem for a bit and then asked here too :) Good luck.
