I flashed my Xecuter 2 lite and i followed the tutorial and it looks like the tutorial but when i plug the chip in my xbox the bios screen does not show up like its supposed to.

What doo you mean the BIOS screen doesn't come up? When you turn the xbox on with the chip enabled, does it say x2 underneath the big X after the flubber?
