I'm having trouble figuring out what I have wrong, preventing me a proper VGA output in my Native Gentoox Linux installation. I have a VGA cable which works in XBMC and the stock xbox dashboard and so on, but in Linux, it turns green. I use it with switches 2 and 3 activated, which is the normal mode for VGA outside of linux. I was told by someone that you're supposed to use switches 1 and 3 for Linux, but it won't even boot in this mode. What do I need to change? In xbvset in Gentoox, i have 720p widescreen, HDTV output selected. Help!??? The picture looks great except for the stupid green tint! It's super heavy too. Mega green. Oh, by the way I'm using the Cromwell 1024 bios, which i believe is the VGA version. I had this same probelm before with non native installations, using X2 with frosty's VGA patch. Again, HELP!
