Hi, i have had my xbox for about 1.5 years and chipped for about 1 year, it si a version 1.0 xbox with a executer 2.1 lite chip in it, it had the 4973 bios on, so i thaught it was well over due an upgrade, so i obtained flashX v1.2 and proceeded in upgrading to 4981.67 bios, all seemed to go fine, but i go to turn my xbox back on and it is fragging  im sure you ahve heard this story a million times by now, but i cant find any other helpful posts, so has any one got any suggestions on what i can do?
btw i dont have a lpt programmer as it is the 2.1 lite and it has a 120Gig WD hard drive in!

when you flashed did you flash both banks or just one?

IF anything try swapping over to the other bank if that was set up before with 2 banks.

You can either get the programmer or another chip and do a hot swap...

i just flashed bank 1, how do i change the banks? thanks

the 2.1 has the switch panel or no?

anyway, i know the 2.0 has the jumper pins.  If you have the jumper pins, then you just take off or put one on depending on the way it is now.
if it's the led panel, just change it to bank 1 or bank 2 depending on what it is right now
