I just scrapped an old controller and soldered a female usb end onto it. I'm sure there's tutorials for it, though it's pretty much a standard USB cable.

there are tuturals..but you probably dont need them...just attach wire-to-wire. You don't use the yellow if I can recall correctly and you don't have to solder to mobo.
