Mapping Keys To The Xbox Controllers In Xdsl

If mugen works with joysticks try opening a xterm and typing in modprobe joydev to load the joystick drivers. You should then be able to setup mugen with the xpad. Alternatively if this is not possible you could try altering the configuration of joyd to map xpad buttons to keys. The configuration file is stored in /etc/joydrc. To start joyd automatically you'd need to add modprobe joydev and /etc/init.d/joyd start to /opt/bootlocal.sh (or use the cheat code joyd). If you need help with the joyd config I should be able to give a bit more explaination

Run Linux

then to activate joystick, do a modprobe joydev

it makes a /dev/js0 and if there are more than one it make /dev/js1 /dev/js2 etc..

THere is a mugen for linux..... Search for it on the net
