I'm a Linux noob.  I'm installing gentoox on my e partition using the ftp method but would like to move it over to the f partition when I'm done.  From what I understand I can use the command magic f-drive to accomplish this.  Is this correct?  I know only the rootfs will be moved but will it format my f partition too?  I currently have all my backup games and apps under two folders (games & apps) in the root of my f partition.  Will executing the magic command overwrite these?  Obviously I don't want to lose the games and apps.  Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
