Need Help Installing Winex V.4

I have the file cedega_4.0-1.i386.tgz and I have Debian on my xbox. I need to know where to put the .tgz so that I can use a terminal to install it (on a cd? on my xbox?). *And then maybe the commands that I would use to install it.
