First of all make sure the iso your burning is burnt on to a CDRW at the lowest speed possible. It should read, also make sure your burning it as an IMAGE and not as files. If your trying to install Gentoox via FTP theirs a tutorial at his site, all you got to do though is extract distro.rar to the Root of E:\ on your xbox then launch E:\gentooxx.xbe from boxplorer or what ever.
