Dynebolic Does Not Work!

I've just dawnloaded the Dinebolic iso and I've burned it in a cd-rw. Xbox can boot from that cd but the imge jumps all over the screen!!! And the light from my xbox is in orange.

I can connect the X in my computer using a tv capture target and I've tyed to turn it in PAL and in NTSC. But nothing!!

What can I do??
