Try re-soldering the LPC points and the D0 and D1 point... may have become a dry joint...

I have seen similar when:
1) dry joints
2) Video cable not connected - which means if the connector etc has been damaged or dry jointed on the xbox same effect
3) When a new HD was first wacked in but had not been set up by slayer's CD. not likely to be your problem.

if you sell all those pices, its probally enough for a refurbshed xbox, you can probally sell the case, power supply and sammy for like 150 at least....
