Can Ed's Debian Be Installed Off Hd?

Just wondering if Ed's Debian 0.4.1 can be installed (to the F: drive in my case) by copying everything to a directory on E:?

I tried a couple of different things. I do not have a burner.
Maybe make up a couple dvd or cd's and start shipping them around the country, a guy uses it and send it to the next one on the list?
