Is there any one that can give me step by step instructions on how to install the closest thing to winamp 3 in debian (xmms, how comparable is it)?
Or will winamp 3 work in a "windows emulator" work? If yes how?
My best friend's sister is getting married this weekend & her DJ left town & no one knows where to find him. So she asked me if I could handle getting the music & playing it for her, I said sure. I was going to use my computer but to play all of it but I thought instead of ripping my computer apart I would use my XBOX since I am moving it all the time any way. I could use XBMP but I would rather have more "click & play" control than that has. I love the way Winamp 3 works (including the equalizer). Does XMMS or something else for Linux offer this type of control?
