I don't know how to compile or do anything of that sort and I'm honestly not to compelled to start checking it out. So until someone realeases a binary Im kind of in the dark. But if its as good as you say Im sure someone will make mythtv more accessable to xbox owners... and they will get my great gratitude. Amen.

Hmmmm..... I'm interested in this.  May be a viable solution to bring PVR to XBox.  Making a simple MythTV distribution wouldn't be that hard.  As stated, just have a basic version of X boot (using Debian most likely) and have it autostart   I'd look into possible mounting of the FatX drives for easier accessibility by XBox Media Player.  Or, possibly have the XBMP dev's look into reading Linux partitions.  The first option is more viable though, as I know that Linux, with a little work, can already see XBox partitions.  I'm going to bring this up on the Linux mailing-list.  As far as autostarting MythTV in KDE, simply make a symbolic link to the program in $HOME/.kde/Autostart.  If simply booting from X, edit your ~/.xinitrc and add to it the path and program name, and it will be executed on startup.  Nice work!  I'll try some things from my end and keep everyone posted.
