do the rest of the tutorial or "the hook up" and go to "networks" on your desktop and detect you xbox then after the nextwork is setup go to run under the start menu and type in winipcfg and put the information it gives you for your ethernet card or cable modem and hit more info then put it in your xbox live info input.

yeah ok when you do that it will connect to your computer not the xbox live server

This guys has started multiple threads, none of them making any sense or abiding by any line of logic.  Connect a cable modem to your Xbox is considering "putting Windows on your Xbox"?

And this thread is about him proclaiming it's "now" possible to do it with Wine.  Please, this is no innovation.

I'm getting tired of these incorrect, over-hyped, over-BOLDED, and ignorant posts.  I'm locking the thread for now.  If it continues I'm going to recommend a ban.
