Backing Up Debian Linux F Drive
« on: April 18, 2003, 12:03:00 PM »

I have the 10gb original xbox hard drive and I install the Debian Linux on the extra 2gb of unused space which is my drive F.  In EVOX, it says there is no free space on the F drive and when I FTP to the drive F there is nothing to backup.  Is there any way to back this up so I can easily put it back on the new bigger hard disk?

If there is not an easy way, could I get a list of all those apt-get commands I used to install all the softawre so, it could be the same as it was before?  Is there and a few directories with settings I could backup and put back later to new drive so I dont have to reset everything again?

I hope this can be done.  Thanks for the help.   --Galen
