Ed's Debian Release 3.1 Install Prob

I've tried burning several copies of the ISO...as a regular image file.  The xbox reads the cd fine, but the installation is not getting to the login screen.   After the messages it says "Setting System Clock, using the hardware clock as a reference...."

Has anyone seen this problem?

Please help!
