ok ive heard bad stuff about loading problems with gentoox so im wondering whats the next easiest installation of linux for xbox?  and if so how do i get wine from that? oh and will it be powerfull enough to play games from computer such as gta3

Or, you could use winex which is designed for games (http://www.transgaming.com)
