You've been around for about 4 or 5 months and have a post count like yours, but you don't know the answer to a simple question like yours?
Unix, and its derivatives (like Linux), are open-source. Meaning the programming code for the OS is freely availabe. With the source code, it can be modified to run natively on any system, provided a competent programmer wants to go through the effort. Windows, on the other hand, is closed-source, meaning only the owner of the licence has the source code. Therefore, short of virtualization or emulation, Windows will NOT run on a non-PC platform, and even with the two mentioned methods, it wouldn't be native.

Bagel, one other way of running windows is to have VMware running on linux, and then run windows in linux. Problem is, ram. You need the original 64 to run linux, then Windows will need it's ram too.

The only Windows to run that way would be 95, and we all know how outdated that is, unless you have a ram upgrade in your xbox.
