Http Server Works But Ftp Doesn't

I would be very grateful if someone can point me at the right direction!!

Tried networking the Xbox with both a hub and crossover cable.
Tried both HDCP automatic IP address and manual entered IP address setting

Turned on the Xbox in the basic SmartXX bios manual

Can access the HTTP web server (no problem at all)
But couldn’t get FTP connection (port 21, xbox/xbox, WS_FTP, FlashFTP, Windows Explorer)

Very very strange.

Please help me~~~~~~~~~

Launch Ed on Chip from Smartxx OS and FTP to your hearts content.

Oh and if you don't have Ed, then get it from Smart and add it to the chip. :)
