Can Someone Help Me?

Can someone take a look at some pictures and tell me if I've fried the mobo?  I tried soldering the pinheader, got everything done, tried to boot up, and it did the two cycles and flash red and green thing.  Then after I undid everything I did, the only thing left on the mobo is the pinheader itself, I'm still getting the frag.  I'm guessing I fried it somewhere. If you need more pictures, I can supply them.
