Can't Create A Backup Eeprom

It could be a corrupt file in the installer. Try Splinter Cell instead, and if that doesn't work post back.

Which folders in the rar file? If you mean Extras, that goes in E:\Apps\Extras\ after you've installed the softmod.

You can use NKPatcher 06 or 67. So long as you format the new disk with XBPartitioner 1.1 or later then the partition table is read from the disk - the hard coded version in the BIOS patcher isn't used.

AR - certain versions may be corrupting the gamesave as well. Try xplore360 to copy gamesave instead.

Got it working.  I loaded up the MA runlinux file again, FTP'd and replaced the MA files that came from the AR with ones straight from my PC.  Restart, reload and the EEPROM tool worked.

Everything went through without a hitch and I'm now on UnleashX.  All that's left to do is get some apps on there and I'll be all set.
