Sounds like you didn't copy the Kingroach dash files to E. Boot with a rescue disc and ftp them to your Xbox.

You can, but it would be better if you took a backup of your eeprom so you didn't need to hotswap, then use the xboxhdm unlocking tools to get access to the disk. Every time you hotswap there's a chance you'll brick your disk.

When you say "I tried but i cant tp to xbox", what do you mean? How is your home network connected, what IP addresses are you using (PC and Xbox), can you ping the Xbox, what did you try to make it work.......

xboxhdm does NOT make a backup of the eeprom. You have to do that, with Evox or Config Magic. It's the first thing you should do on a softmod Xbox.

Check the firewall on your PC, make sure it isn't blocking FTP.

And check your messages.

So now it sounds like your Xbox is chipped, and you've softmodded it unnecessarily...... A standard softmodded Xbox will boot to the hacked dash all the time, it's only chipped boxes where you need to hold the power button.
