Xx ive been around the area for awhile and i was confused by it all I read that you need a patched bios or whatever I was reading in order to use a PC monitor to an Xbox directly

what i wanna know is how can I go about that
I got a version 1.0/1 xbox system and I wanna be able to use that on a pc monitor
my xbox is softmodded as well with SID 3.1

1. Upgrade to Kingroach Ndure 3.1. Cold-boot with Frosty's xbox rescue disc and ftp files over to C and E. Delete everything on C before that step. Have eeprom backup to PC just in case before the attempt.
2. You need a mode 2+3 VGA cable, either homemade or Frozen cable or wire directly to AVIP: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=213487

3. Enable RGB mode in nkpatcher with e:\ndts\default.xbe
4. PC monitor should have Sync on Green, otherwise you'll need the sync separator circuit on your cable.
