Everything works fine for me, but because it's your installer that I used(3.1), I thought you might want to hear about a problem or two that I had:

First, I couldn't find Xman954's EEPROM Reader anywhere... where is it supposed to be? E:\APPS is empty. I also looked for the EEPROM file in E:\NKP11 but there's only a boot1.bin (25 bytes) file there.
So I downloaded it from here and FTPed it to the apps folder and manually started it.

Also, I checked the "Boot XBL dash with eject" when I installed, but what does it do? When I turn on the Xbox with eject it looks like it's the same as turning it on with the power button, and renaming the boot1.bin didn't do anything either.

I also can't seem to connect to Xbox live but that's isn't important for me at all.
