Slow Uploading To Xbox?

Not sure if this is the right forums. Sorry if it's not.

When I try upload video to F: it's really slow. No more than 10 MB per second. Is there a way boost the speed?

I had slow up/download transfers with the evox dashboard (it was an older version). The xbmc and unleashx gave me a much better performance. 10 mbyte/sec equals 80Mbit/sec. So, if both your xbox and pc network adapters are 100Mbit, you are getting close to the theoretical maximum troughput. The xbox is a 666Mhz Celeron pc, don't forget about that.
