Ndure 3.1 Install Gone Wrong?

I just finished installing Ndure 3.1 to a 160GB Seagate via XboxHDM and EEPROM.

I installed the HDD in the Xbox and the UnleashX dashboard loads, LED is orange but the fan is running full speed blink.gif

I checked the readme which states you can control LED, fan speed etc via files placed in E:\NKP11\ but my NKP11 folder is empty.

Where do I get the files to control the LED and fan speed?

You might also want to check if e:\ndts\default.xbe has those options - I can't remember.
