Sounds like your original box is TSOP flashed with an Xecuter BIOS.

If you want to do the same to your second xbox then it needs to be a 1.5 or earlier, and you need to solder 2 bridges on the motherboard. Have a look here for more information. However, as you've already softmodded and upgraded the HD on your second box you won't gain much, so long as you used a recent softmod. Krayzie NDURE 1.1.1 is arguably the best gamesave softmod.

If you want to upgrade your softmodded box to Krayzie 1.1.1 you can use CASH to do the upgrade.
