it woldn't work since all xbox's have different hdd lock key. You will need to softmod each xbox first, grab the eeprom and lock each hard drive with their respective key.

You'll need to hotswap and every individual xbox's kernel version and dash must be the same with one another if you want to use chimp26 to softmod the stock hdd of each xbox. And you can only use chimp26 to upgrade to 320Gb after the individual hdd of each xbox has been softmodded.

You cannot combine the two steps together as every stock xbox hdd is locked to its motherboard's eeprom.
