You will need the eeprom.bin file of that xbox (a copy of the eeprom chip contents.)

You could temporary install a modchip to get that file. You can also lock your harddisk again with a modchip. Your xbox will even work with the disk unlocked.

You can build yourself an eeprom reader to get the eeprom.bin.

You should have taken the backup right after your xbox was modded. It would have made live a lot easier for you.
