first you need to softmod the system.. Are you trying to install softmod with xboxhdm.. did you try Ndure installer for xboxhdm?..

that would explain why it wont load lol
i was told to run it and ftp to the xbox to backup the eeprom

you will need to "hotswap" so the HDD will be unlocked to install the softmod

well i have softmodded a few xboxs and that tutorial made my head hurt i will point u to a better one then just scroll up to Kingroach's post and in his signature he has it all there for u and then when it works just send him a thank u note

yes i tried that

i also tried copying a song from cd to hdd and playing then pausing it

i finally got it unlocked, figured out what i was doing wrong lol


anyway, i followed the instructions in your guide

i however ran into a problem

at the part you run the ndure, i dled the newer copy, and did what the guide said
burnt the cd
went to xbrowser

but when i execute it, it says a installer is needed to instal this softmod

i cant find the eeprom yet

im not complaining


anyway, im in ftp, backing up all the drives i see
i dont see eeprom though, wheres it at?

Direct invoking from file manager: check link in my sig. and also location of the backup

i did that 4 times

the eeprom should be in E:\NKP11\ folder called eeprom.bin . Or Launch E:\ndts\default.xbe and there is a eeprom backup option.
