Hi, i softmodded my box using the nrude mod by swapping the hard drives but is it possible to have xbmc as the deafault program that loads up and how would i do this?

Hi,

copy xbmc over to your xbox and test it as an application.

Look for the xbmc startup application (it's a sort of shortcut.) It allows you to start xbmc from within a different partition and folder. It should stay with it's cfg file telling it were to find the xbmc package. (The cfg has the same name as the xbe.)

If everything is working fine, you can change the xbe of your current dashboard with the one of the xbmc launcher application. Make sure you rename the xbe and cfg if needed.

On the next reboot, it should launch the xbmc dashboard.
