Hi,

your dash will probably be the default.xbe file in the e:\dash folder.

Xbmc comes with a quick launch application. You should name that to default.xbe and the corresponding cfg file to default.cfg. Make sure the cfg points to the correct location of the xbmc dashboard, and test the combination of the 2 files out. (Start xbmc from within your current dashboard with the quick launch application. If you are sure they work, replace your current dash file with the quick launch default.xbe and copy the corresponding cfg into the same folder.

Upon the next reboot, your xbox will boot xbmc, or wont boot properly if you did something wrong.
