Error 07 After Trying To Softmod My Xbox With Ndure Via Xboxhdm

my xbox hdd went wierd got error code 7 so i got a 80gb hdd installed the Ndure but we get an error that says that the hdd. if i putt my old xbox hdd in my comp i cant do something cuz it says its locked and i cant start the hdd from the xbox cuz i just get a error code.
