How To Mod Xbox Which Stops At Boot With Orange Led Ring?

Do you have a bootable CD? (slayers, AID,..)
If so, try that. Sounds like somebody messed with some files, maybe its not finding a dashboard.

looks like your fonts are crashing. set some kernel specific fonts. also check if the dash is in place. Since the led turns orange you can still boot your exploitable game, load the save and gain ftp acces.
