I am a newbie so remember that.

Today I was trying to install XBMC2.1 today kept having issues. I was using Internet Explorer to do the FTP transfer and after entering my username and password, I could browse the Xbox hard drive completely. When I would try to copy files to the Xbox, It would start, and after a few seconds, it would ask for username and pass. I would enter it, and it would tell me to enter the correct username and pass. It did copy some files over though....

So, I tried logging into the Xbox using an FTP client software. I used FLASHFXP. Once I started using the client, transfers work just fine with good transfer speeds.
